As Asturian as it gets

A sidreria -- restaurant where they sell cider and traditional food. This one is called Tierra Astur and is a modern place in a 19th-century building adjacent to the hotel. The waitress is pouring it the traditional way -- bottle held high, glass low, splashing about a quarter of the bottle on the ground.

THE traditional Asturian dish: fabada (fava beans soup flavored with sausages and meat)

We also had Tortinos con Jamon (a corn puffed-tortilla with ham) and Sarten de Setas con Pulp (pan-sauteed forest mushrooms with octopus)
